and understanding a little more about her and her work... just truly made me plain happy.

and I am happy in the being and the knowing,
knowing that I have something just about finished..
something special to show you... right after the blocking {smiles}.....

three things...

I took control of my skills... and tackled the Japanese books that I so adore... [did I ever tell you my neighbor is Japanese? and that she could translate for me?] no?? I don't like to impose...even though,I know... she would not mind it at all... that is my behavior... the pattern... light and airy.... perfect for summer... I made a change,however... I left off the bottom ruffle... not wanting it to be to fussy.... so now there were three... three gifts...recognized ... made simply... with simple tools... fitting their form... worn... and loved.... now...about dinosaurs and bracelets.......

I have something to show you, etc... I took out my measuring tape,etc... and opened this book,etc... and took out some Amy Butler fabric.... etc... and before you knew it... etc... I had this dress... already for someone special.... etc.. and I even had time to... enjoy some watermelon....etc... and catch up on my etcetera....{smiles}
