"I mostly lived in my dimension Built up of fantasies and dreams, Hardly a seeker of attention, Yet, I preferred to act on whims." T.K/VarenkoI am.. hardly a seeker of attention... I live in my dimension... quietly enjoying the light~
I fantasize...and dream... for that is what keeps my days.. from veering off course... those twists and turns of life...
and even though.. at times I am like a moth.. securely wrapped in its cocoon...
I have a built up dreams... soft dreams of a tarn spotted amid a mountain glacier.. a pool of silvery water.. cool and pristine~~ the snow falls.. I close my eyes.. and even though I know.. this is pure whimsy... I prefer it this way~ p.s.:I'll have another pattern ready soon~~~

Hope you are well T.
xo
So pretty - and such lovely words to go with such lovely things - thank you for sharing
Yes, " t does patterns" sounds perfect. I can certainly see and d=feel how incredibly warm it would be to be cocooned in these mitts.
Thanks dear friend.
These are so pretty. I love the color.
hello friend,
i just sank into your post, as i sipped my tea.
thank you for this.
beautiful mitts! as always, your words strike a chord with me, coming to comfort with my introverted ways. stay warm!
opulent and subtle, understated and sublime! As always, your work and your words move me!
many thanks
Lovely post T...
Theresa...it is difficult to see where one poet's words end and the other's begin...for that is indeed what you are... a poetess...a dreamer of dreams, a weaver of words and images...my day is always a better one for having read some of your beautiful thoughts x
So beautiful...as always. Your blog just calms my soul. Your words inspire. xoxo
pure whimsy is the way to dream....and to live.
i wore my fingerless gloves yesterday and today....and it's not even that cold. i just love them so much.
Lovely warmth for the hands. A beautiful mood captured for this time of year. Happy Weekend, T.
So much of what you've written resonates deep within me... words like a moth in a cocoon... and your words:
I fantasize...and dream...
for that is what keeps my days..
from veering off course...
those twists and turns of life...
Yes. It strikes that harp deep inside me that only the most kindred of thoughts can strike.
a bright spot to my day here . in words and image is sweet softness .
these look lovely..what yarn have you used T? gorgeous subtle colour
What a delight to click an electronic device and find myself in a place of beauty, grace, a place with a gentle reflective pace, a place that inspires others to find their own versions of such places.
Thank you.
Light, whimsy, and dreams ~ such a beautiful post. Makes me feel a bit dreamy and now that I've seen them I'll be dreaming of those mitts ~ so hurry up with the pattern - LOL
I walked alone in a wide open field this morning, every twig and leaf around me painted with the softest, softest colours: creams, browns and pale straw golds. Your words and knitting transport me back to that quiet, dreamy place.
Always a treat to stop by here! You are an inspiration.
What a beautiful pair of mitts! What kind of yarn did you use? It has such a nice sheen to it.
I'm here to enjoy your photography. Wonderful shares and I can't wait to return to see what you share next. Your art is amazing!
Ooh, I do love this blog!! So glad I found you (through Bloom). These lovely, wooly pictures send warmth all the way through me!
Love the quote & the gloves are gorgeous ♥
We all need a little pure whimsy.
the gloves are so pretty, as is the post. beautiful.
I can't wait! I can't wait!!! Sounds like a winter full of fingerless gloves and scarves to me. You can never have enough of either, right? Such beautiful sunshine in all of the shots Theresa.
Beautiful work T. The wool and the photos.
lovely!!! i love armwarmers of all kinds.
oh another gorgeous pair of beauties!
gorgeousness as usual, T!
these are so pretty
I love those mitts, and such a delightful post! The mitts look so cozy! I have FMS and I'm very sensitive to the cold, especially this time of year. It's been a long bit o' time since I picked up knitting needles, but I keep seeing things like this that inspire me to take them up again (it's such a peaceful thing to do while letting the mind wander into dreams and whims.)
so beautiful
soul and creativity!
I love this pair! x
;) xo
I love the light in these photos. Beautiful.
