made with two strands of contrasting yarn
a Shibui worsted merino and Claudia's hand dyed sock
named the same-INK...but slightly different.
The sock yarn has some degree of variation...much like a pen running out of ...ink...
but I like that...
an unevenness...
an imperfectness...
creating some depth and character.

I must confess the ribbing is a drone...
I must confess the ribbing is a drone...so that is why I started the French cardi...an effortless garter stitch...
allowing my mind be free to do its wanderings.

i don't think you are alone in your incomplete-ness. i've been feeling a bit of that lately, too. whether it's knitting, home duties, or my own life goals... it's all a little shaky right now.

knitting looks great. complete understand the droning on of having to do ribbing. it is one of my least favorite things. right up there with seed stitch. but they look so great with certain knits that we just can't avoid them.
