... A reverie of knitting & woolley life
January 11, 2009
a hush fills the air
a silent storm
a land of white
there is work going on
there is more work to do
the back is complete
rolled and ready
like these graceful dancers
my hands will move the needles
into my land of white
and not so white
where I plan to be for quite a while
and the reward can taste so good.
Stitching At Stone Cottage
oh my goodness T...i sit amongst noise and colour and heat...the temperature today is 38 degrees celcius...we have been cooked...
how opposite our worlds are....

Sigh... I was just saying to a friend yesterday that one of the reasons why I love winter so much is all that white. So restful, peaceful, beautiful.
Your photos perfectly capture that.

I love white but... It's more than a month we have snow.. I am waiting for the springtime now...
