I never had a slice of bread,
Particularly large and wide,
That did not fall upon the floor,
And always on the buttered side...
...an old saying;a prelude to
Murphy's Law that fits my Tuesday:
- it started by me knitting when I should have purled when I tried to knit a few rows before work...not fun...
- I listen to the daily horoscopes for fun at 6:35 am,on the radio,on my way to work-mine was 2/5 stars today-I have to remind myself it's only for fun...
- as I began to sip my tea I had a foreign taste in my mouth-not my usual Awake -instead I had picked up a Dry Desert Lime -wonderful in the afternoon...but I need to wake up...
- realized when I got to work that our secretary is on vacation this week-we must cover her desk-oh, no...
- had a meeting first thing this am-a long one-nearly 3hrs( and don't forget,I had no caffeine in my tea...yawn)...
- when I actually began my work it was nearly 11am-and I had assessments-way to many to complete(oh,well)...
- no lunch today-(so what else is new)...
- assessments completed-not without a headache...
- very slow car pulls out in front of me-(slow,deep breaths)...
- I messed up 3 times on this post...
but,I do have this wonderful button to show you-I thought it was perfect for
Stella-don't you?

and I thought I'd add this photo of what I think is some sort of vining
Calla

but I could be wrong...it is Tuesday...

oh heavens! you need a " do over"!! but just think tomorrow is "hump day"!!
Stella is spectacular! And the button is absolutely perfect. It's like rich chocolate or coffe grounds. So beautiful! It almost makes a bad day seem better, no?
That is so funny! I can relate to all of them - but #5 is my favorite:) Your button stash is filled with such great choices.
Hope the rest of your week is going better. I love the pairing of the button and flowers. Great visual compositions.
oh, i hope your week got better!
I can not wait to see Stella!
