- 2 cups butter or margarine,softened
- 2 cups plus 3 TBSP powdered sugar,divided
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 pkg.(12 oz) chocolate chips
cream butter & 2 cups powdered sugar;beat in vanilla &salt.Gradually stir in flour until well blended;stir in chocolate pieces.Dough will be stiff.Shape into 1" balls;place 2" apart on an ungreased baking sheet.Flatten with a for into 1 1/2 " rounds.Bake 350 degrees-15 min or until light golden-tops will still look whitish. While cookies are still warm sprinkle with the remaining powdered sugar stirred thru a strainer.Cool.

Those little Snuglets are going to be adorable! I don't dare write down that recipe, as I know I would eat them all myself! What a lovely presentation of both projects (as usual).
